MO Trucking Inc. is an independent trucking, warehouse and logistics company. We are offering a secondary staging option for exhibitors who want more personalized freight handling before the show.

Q: Why would I use a secondary warehouse instead of the primary advance warehouse?

A: Large shows can involve very high freight volumes. Some exhibitors prefer to have their material staged with a smaller logistics provider where they can have more direct communication regarding their specific shipment.

Q: Will using MO Trucking eliminate show drayage charges?

A: No. Using an outside staging warehouse generally does not eliminate charges or procedures imposed once freight enters the official show or convention-center freight-handling system.

Q: How early can I ship to MO Trucking?

A: We recommend approximately 7–30 days before the show, subject to warehouse availability and prior confirmation.

Q: Can I ship earlier than 30 days?

A: Possibly. Contact us first. Longer-term storage may be available depending on space and the shipment requirements.

Q: Should every pallet be labeled?

A: Yes. Every pallet, crate, case or other shipping piece should have its own label.

Q: Should I number the pallets?

A: Yes. Use a format such as:

and continue through the complete shipment.

Q: What happens if different suppliers send freight for our booth?

A: Contact us before the shipments move. We can discuss receiving multiple shipments under the same exhibitor and booth number.

Q: Should the carrier put the Javits Center as the consignee?

A: Not when the shipment is supposed to come to our warehouse first. The inbound BOL should show MO Trucking Inc. as the receiving consignee using the warehouse address supplied by our team.

The Javits Center can be identified as the ultimate/final destination, but the carrier must understand that its current delivery is to the MO Trucking warehouse.

Q: Can my carrier arrive without an appointment?

A: Do not assume that it can. Contact MO Trucking Inc. before dispatch so we can provide current warehouse receiving and appointment instructions.

Q: Can you arrange the trucking from our factory to your warehouse?

A: Yes. MO Trucking Inc. can discuss inbound transportation in addition to warehousing and final transportation.

Q: Can you help after Toy Fair ends?

A: Yes. We can discuss post-show transportation, warehouse storage, cross-docking, return freight or transportation to another destination.
