MO Trucking Inc. can serve as an independent secondary advance staging warehouse for Toy Fair exhibitors that would prefer to position their freight in the New York area before the show.
We are not the official Toy Fair advance warehouse and are not affiliated with or replacing the show’s designated freight contractor.
Instead, our service gives exhibitors an additional logistics option.
Rather than sending freight directly into a large-volume advance warehouse operation, exhibitors can arrange to have their material delivered to the MO Trucking Inc. warehouse first.
Our team can receive the shipment, identify it, stage it, store it, and coordinate transportation toward the Javits Center when the exhibitor’s delivery schedule requires it.

Step 1 — Contact MO Trucking Inc.

Step 3 — Properly Label Every Piece
Every pallet, crate, carton, case, display, skid or other shipping unit should be individually labeled.
Do not place a label only on the first pallet.
If your shipment contains 12 pallets, all 12 pallets should be labeled.
This helps us identify freight if pieces are separated during transit or warehouse handling.

Multiple Vendors Shipping to the Same Exhibitor?
This is another reason an independent warehouse can be valuable.
An exhibitor may have freight coming from:
- Its own distribution center
- A toy manufacturer
- A display company
- A booth builder
- A printer
- A promotional-products company
- A furniture provider
- A marketing agency
Instead of trying to coordinate every shipment for simultaneous arrival at the show, the different shipments may be staged through our warehouse.

Shipment C: 1 crate of booth fixtures
Shipment D: 3 pallets of marketing materials
MO Trucking Inc. can discuss receiving these shipments separately and staging them for the exhibitor.
Freight Coming From Overseas?
International Toy Fair exhibitors may also have products entering the United States through airports, ports, freight forwarders, or customs brokers.
After the freight has been cleared and released, the exhibitor or forwarder can discuss transportation into the MO Trucking Inc. warehouse.
This may provide international exhibitors with a local New York logistics contact before the show.
Customs clearance and international import requirements remain the responsibility of the exhibitor and its customs broker or freight forwarder unless separately arranged.
Important: Our Warehouse Does Not Replace Official Show Material Handling
Using the MO Trucking Inc. warehouse does not eliminate Toy Fair or Javits Center material-handling requirements.
Once freight enters the show’s controlled freight system or convention-center operation, the exhibitor remains responsible for applicable:
- Material-handling charges
- Drayage
- Marshaling procedures
- Target dates
- Delivery appointments
- Show contractor requirements
- Venue requirements
- Labor requirements
- Shipping labels
- Move-in procedures

A: Not when the shipment is supposed to come to our warehouse first. The inbound BOL should show MO Trucking Inc. as the receiving consignee using the warehouse address supplied by our team.
The Javits Center can be identified as the ultimate/final destination, but the carrier must understand that its current delivery is to the MO Trucking warehouse.
Q: Can my carrier arrive without an appointment?
A: Do not assume that it can. Contact MO Trucking Inc. before dispatch so we can provide current warehouse receiving and appointment instructions.
Q: Can you arrange the trucking from our factory to your warehouse?
A: Yes. MO Trucking Inc. can discuss inbound transportation in addition to warehousing and final transportation.
Q: Can you help after Toy Fair ends?
A: Yes. We can discuss post-show transportation, warehouse storage, cross-docking, return freight or transportation to another destination.
